The Workplace Collective is a boutique workplace relations firm with a clear vision of providing enduring solutions and strategies to small, medium and large employers. We are seeking an experienced Lawyer, Industrial and/or Human Relations professional to join as a consultant.
Ideally this role is suited for someone who is looking to supplement their current income with additional flexible hours, remotely (with some client contact). Work will be varied between a wide variety of client work and; research, writing in-house material and conducting bespoke workplace training.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strategic, practical and technical experience across a multiple workplace and industrial relations contexts and will have a balanced view of industrial relations.
