What are my login details?

To login to Workplace Express, you will need the email address and password you provided when you started your subscription.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a request a reset link here. This will be emailed to you within half an hour.

How do I change my password?

When you are logged in (see the first point above if you require your login details) click on the “Account settings” button in the right margin of the website. After you confirm your current password, scroll to “new password” and enter your new chosen password. Repeat this in the “Confirm password” box below and then click “Save settings” to confirm the changes.

How often are email alerts sent? How do I change the frequency of them?

We offer three email frequencies. The default setting is instant - to change this, log in (see point 1 if you require your login details) to Workplace Express and click on the settings button in the right-hand margin of the website. Under the "Account details" section you will see an option for "Email frequency". Here you can choose from "Instant" (one email alert for every article we publish, our default setting), "Daily" (one daily email, delivered each morning, including links to the articles published in the previous 24 hours), and "Weekly" (one weekly email, delivered each Friday morning, including links and headlines for all the articles published in the previous seven days). Once you've chosen a frequency, click "Save settings" to confirm the change.

Can I change the email address that Workplace Express emails are sent to?

Can I receive email alerts in text rather than HTML?

Yes - When logged in (see point 1 if you require your login details) click on the settings button in the right-hand margin of the website. Scroll to "Account details" and select "text" next to "Email format", then click "Save settings" to confirm the change.

Can I access Workplace Express using a smartphone or tablet?

Yes - the Workplace Express website will automatically adapt to the screen size of your smartphone or tablet.

Are there special rates for multi-user subscriptions?

How do I add more people to my account?

Call us on 02 9267 3800 or email with your request. Rates are prorated against the subscription's renewal date. To apply for multi-person rates, all users must use the same email domain (for example @workplaceexpress.com.au), work for a single organisation and the subscription must be invoiced to a central contact.

How do I access archived articles?

Does Workplace Express accept advertising?

Yes - but only for IR/HR and employment law job vacancies. Contact us on 02 9267 3800 or email to discuss options.

Can I forward Workplace Express email alerts?

No - forwarding an email alert from Workplace Express jeopardises your privacy and the security of your subscription details. This could, for example, allow others to post content or make purchase orders under your name. Can I share my login details with my co-workers?

No - doing so jeopardises the security of the information you've provided, and can allow others to post content or make purchase orders under your name.
