HR/IR Manager

What you'll bring to Perfection

A track record of managing operational HR/IR issues in a fast paced and diverse environment.  

Here's what you'll be doing

leading a team to deliver human resource outcomes including talent acquisition, industrial relations, payroll, retention and development, workforce engagement, on-boarding and the implementation of broader Group Human Resources strategic initiatives

providing advice, coaching, guidance and support to farms management on a broad range of local human resources/industrial relations matters

Here's what you'll need

Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR or equivalent

Experience as an operational HR or IR manager in manufacturing/FMCG or a related industry with high levels of industrial award/agreement application and third party employee representation

Demonstrated experience in enterprise agreement or related negotiations and ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments/ employment legislation experience leading a HR team
