The Associate will act as the personal confidential assistant to Chief Commissioner Kenner. This will include arranging hearings, conferences and travel itineraries; liaising with individual parties, employer and employee organisations and representatives of parties to proceedings before the Commissioner; undertaking a range of legal and industrial relations research and overseeing case management. You will also draft documents and perform other duties in Chambers as required.
