Industrial Officer
The Australian Education Union represents members working in public education in Victoria.
The union has a full-time (1.0 FTE) permanent vacancy for an Industrial Officer in our Melbourne office. The position is flexible and part-time options are available for the right candidate.
The Industrial officer will work with other industrial officers, the union’s leadership and staff to advance and protect members’ interests in State and Commonwealth courts and industrial tribunals.
A current practising certificate is highly desirable.
Remuneration: The full-time annual salary for this position is in the range $117,286 to $134,357 depending on skills and experience, plus 16.5% superannuation. Generous leave entitlements include six weeks’ annual leave and ten days’ time off in lieu per year.
