Lendlease Services is currently searching for an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to oversee all Industrial Relations matters across the Australian Services business, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Lendlease’s Services business is a specialist maintenance and asset management contractor that provides services to the roads, water, telecommunications, power, industrial, remediation and renewable energy sectors. Services is responsible for creating, operating and maintaining public and private infrastructure which services millions of people every day and keeps communities connected and running.

As the Industrial Relations Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of the Industrial and Employee Relations strategies across the Lendlease Services business. You will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the IR environment and will support the business with strategic and operational IR issues including enterprise bargaining, managing disputes and grievances and assisting with IR litigation. You will also be a valuable team member supporting the national IR strategy and outcomes through providing leadership, direction and expertise in implementing team initiatives.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Legal, Human Resources or Industrial relations related disciplines, coupled with relevant industry experience. Critical to your success will be sound experience in managing multiple EBA’s and negotiations.

You will be a driven, confident and organised individual, with the ability to think analytically and strategically in a dynamic environment. You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which will be key in engaging, influencing, and negotiating with key stakeholders including executive level management.
