As an upshot of growth, our office is looking to recruit a lawyer with experience in employment law for our leading Workplace and Industrial relations team.
Our team provides a full range of workplace relations and employment law services and advise a number of Australia's leading companies and organisations. We have offices in Brisbane and Burleigh Heads, this role will be based out of the Burleigh Heads office in modern offices with a vibrant team.
This role will see you will work in a rapidly growing team with top tier work not usually available in such a beautiful location.
You will provide advice across:
employment litigation, including industrial action and dispute resolution
workplace strategy, in particular the implementation of change, restructuring and enterprise bargaining
employment and IR aspects of corporate deals
general employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment
workplace compliance and governance, including the development of policies and procedures, and training.

The successful candidate will have 2 to 9 years' quality employment law experience.
