About the role

Moray & Agnew’s Workplace team advises on all aspects of workplace law including; employment, human resources, industrial relations, discrimination and WHS. We act for prominent employers and other institutional clients across a wide range of industries which makes for an interesting, varied and demanding practice.

We are looking for a lawyer with between one and three years’ relevant experience in private practice or industry who is eager to expand their knowledge and skill set and who has a demonstrated interest in the field. This experience will ideally be a mix of advisory and litigious matters to match the breadth of our practice.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine commitment to and interest in employment law as well as high quality advisory and writing skills. You will be able to apply sound knowledge, as well as a practical and strategic approach to all aspects of your work. You must be a team player and demonstrate initiative, excellent communication skills and close attention to detail.
