Live Performance Australia (LPA) is the peak body for Australia’s live performance industry, with over 400 Members across Australia. Our Members include commercial and independent producers, music promoters, performing arts companies, venues (performing arts centres, commercial theatres, stadiums and arenas), arts festivals, music festivals, service providers (such as ticketing companies and technical suppliers), independent cinemas and exhibition providers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, team player with working knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations environment.
The role requires demonstrated experience in:
• Workplace relations, human resources or a similar field
• Developing and maintaining effective, professional internal and external working relationships with a range of stakeholders e.g. members, government, board etc.
• Working co-operatively in a small team environment with tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications in workplace relations, human resources or law. Previous experience in an industry association providing workplace relations advice will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time position. Flexible working arrangements may be considered for the ideal candidate.
