About our Client:
Our client, a leading national Industry group, is looking for an experienced Employment/ Industrial Relations Lawyer to join their Perth and Sydney offices. They are a fast-paced and varied practice spanning a large number of industries and range of employers, from small to multi-nationals.

The work is varied and includes both front-end/strategic work as well as back-end dispute resolution. The candidate will have the opportunity to undertake advocacy and a strong advocacy skill-set is desirable. The team works closely alongside the practitioners in the Workplace Relations Policy team.
A bit about you:
Legally qualified with 5+ years relevant IR/Legal experience,
Interested in growing with the organisation and capable of holding a lead position with them in the future.
High level interpersonal skills that foster effective relationships within the team.
You can work autonomously across a broad range of moderate to complex matters.
