About the role
Working closely with well recognised industry leading practitioners, you will advise and act for clients in employment law and industrial relations matters including industrial relation strategies, adverse action claims, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, contracts, restraints of trade, wages claims, enterprise bargaining, right of entry disputes, safety prosecutions and commissions of inquiry.

Skills and experience
You will be already admitted to practice and have relevant experience in employment law and industrial relations. We are flexible on the PQE requirement and are interested in both junior and, for the right applicant, more senior roles. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record, attention to detail, strong drafting and communication skills as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Pre-admission experience in HR and IR roles, whilst not essential, will also be highly regarded.
