The Opportunity:
We have a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a Senior Workforce Relations Adviser to be a part of our Workforce Relations, People and Culture team within Transport for NSW. This role provides expertise and advice, undertakes research and analysis to yield insights, and recommends solutions and approaches to support effective workforce relations strategies.

What you will be involved in:
This role works across the Transport Cluster in line with our strategic objectives. Some of your responsibilities would see you involved in industrial relations negotiations along with working on other large workforce relations projects throughout Transport. Analysis of data will assist you identify trends and patterns which you will then use to develop suitable intervention strategies and prevention programs. Your knowledge of industrial relations will see you act as a trusted advisor providing comprehensive and accurate advice and responses to the business.

About you:
We are looking for a passionate and accomplished person who can capably work predominantly within the Industrial relations field. This role would suit someone that relishes solving complex issues in a dynamic workplace environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management is highly sought after, along with a common sense approach and critical thinking to provide objective analysis and evaluation when resolving and providing solutions.
