Ai Group is looking for an experienced practitioner to join its Melbourne team. You will;
Be working in a team that prides itself on a collaborative approach to providing advice of the highest calibre;
Will have a high degree direct member/client interaction, including advising some of Australia's largest businesses;
Will have permission to appear in the Fair Work Commission when acting in that capacity;
Will advise on a wide range of complex workplace relations and industrial relations
matters including termination of employment, general protections, equal employment opportunity, employment litigation, Fair Work Act compliance, performance management; industrial disputation, enterprise bargaining (including drafting and negotiating enterprise agreements), workplace health and safety (WHS) incidents / issues, HR policies and employment contracts.
To succeed in this fast-paced role, the successful candidate will;
Be passionate about providing professional workplace relations advice and taking the lead in a wide variety of industrial and employment law matters;
Possess exceptional analytical and writing skills;
Possess current unconditional practising certificate;
Will have at least 8 years' workplace relations experience gained from a well-regarded law firm, employer organisation or in an in-house legal / IR / HR role.
