ER Strategies business success - based on being a trusted, ethical advisor - in key client areas including fast food, manufacturing, retail and franchising, means we are recruiting to fill a key role in our ER/IR client services team, conveniently located near North Ryde metro rail station.
Our clients include a host of blue-chip brands, as well as many lesser known but just as important businesses. We are also the Franchise Council of Australia's chosen ER compliance partner, providing telephone advisory and other services to FCA members.
Senior ER Consultant Role
The Senior ER Consultant role provides an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our ER consulting team, providing coaching & support to our other less experienced consultants, whilst further developing your professional career.
You will apply your specialist skills and experience in Employee / Industrial Relations by assisting clients by –
• handling incoming queries and providing professional ER advice,
• dealing with disputes and employee litigation,
• providing client training,
• dealing with enterprise agreements and associated bargaining issues.

Skills & Experience Required
You will have specific qualifications in HR / IR and possibly law, to support the technical expertise required at this level, and a minimum of 5 years experience in an Industrial / Employee Relations role. Experience in franchising would be highly regarded.
