We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IR/HR practitioner who can hit the ground running
You will be able to further develop and showcase your industrial relations and problem solving skills while guiding our members through a range of employment related matters.
In this role you will
Give advice on statutory rights and obligations, including award/agreement entitlements, right of entry and freedom of association
Assist members in the successful resolution of industrial disputes, including advocacy before industrial tribunals
Assist members through the process of enterprise agreement making
Assist members in the successful implementation of workplace policies and procedures

Based in East Melbourne, Master Builders has represented our members in Victoria for over 140 years and are now the leading industry Association in Building & Construction, and we are planning for the next 140 years!
What you need to succeed:
Have completed a tertiary qualification in industrial relations, human resources or law
Sound working knowledge of the industrial relations system
Proven ability with legislative and award/agreement interpretation
