The Role
Due to an influx in work, we have an opportunity in our busy and growing Workplace Relations team for a lawyer with 3+ years' experience looking to take the next step in their career.
Working with a leading partner, and contributing as a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to advise a variety of public and private sector clients. The days will be varied, and may include work for major construction firms, and major banks, through to local councils and the state government on a range on workplace matters including General Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety and Enterprise Bargaining.
Interaction with clients forms an essential component of this role where you will utilise your strong communication and presentation skills. You will be confident to take an independent yet team-focused approach to your work, possessing a strong business ethic and an eye for detail while retaining a commercial, client-centric focus. This is an exciting career opportunity for a seasoned Workplace Relations lawyer looking to work with likeminded professionals in a busy and collaborative team.
