As a member of the Labour Hire Authority legal team you will play a key role in providing expert legal services to the Authority’s operational units covering a broad range of legal matters relating to the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Labour Hire Act) and associated workplace laws.
To be successful you will be highly skilled in industrial relations law or administrative law, have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and proven experience in delivering timely, sound, practical legal advice and guidance on a wide variety of issues. In return you will be working with a small team of professionals dedicated to improving the labour hire industry.
The closing date for this position is midnight on Sunday, 10 March.
