The Compliance and Enforcement Manager will be based in Bendigo, and will lead, manage and mentor a team of Compliance Officers undertaking education activities, inspections, sensitive and/or complex investigations, and compliance and enforcement actions in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018, and relevant policies and procedures.
The role will identify and report on issues and trends arising through investigations and reviews for analysis and resolution.
As the Labour Hire Authority is currently in its establishment phase, the Compliance and Enforcement Manager will also be responsible for the development, documentation and implementation of compliance and enforcement strategies and operational policies and procedures in line with the Authority’s strategic plan.
The closing date for this position is midnight on Sunday, 10 March.
