Key Advisory Role

As a key member of the Employment Relations team with a leading industry association, you will take responsibility for assisting and supporting the negotiation of enterprise agreements for members. In addition, you will be capable of providing contemporary advice on a wide range of issues including workplace agreements, unfair/unlawful dismissals, discrimination matters and dispute resolution, together with generalist HR advice as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a well-developed knowledge of the industrial relations framework and employment related law and enjoy working in a client facing, team oriented environment. You will have a background either in legal practice, corporate or association/not for profit environment. This role may suit an individual in the early stages of their career or a more experienced professional.
